Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services to
lead and manage their Professional Services team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing Professional Services team
focused on customer satisfaction and efficient project delivery
Own and manage the creation of customer-facing SOWs, ensuring
accurate scoping for implementations
Oversee the delivery of complex deployments and manage project
timelines, expectations, and resources
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success,
or a related field
Proven experience in building and leading teams with a focus on
development and high-performance outcomes
Strong understanding of software implementations and systems
integration
Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, and risk
management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related
field preferred; PMP certification a plus
