Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Strategy &
Change.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts and identify
opportunities for service growth
Manage multiple delivery teams to ensure successful project
execution within budget and timelines
Develop and maintain a high-performing team while fostering client
relationships and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related
field; MBA preferred
7+ years in management consulting, advisory, or strategy and change
within Life Sciences, particularly R&D
Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar initiatives and
expertise in organizational transformation
Strong background in business process development and project
management
Ability to lead complex engagements and develop trusted client
relationships
