Job Description:
A company is looking for an Informatics Project Manager to drive
the delivery of technical projects that improve the use of public
health data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a performance management and metrics
framework for public health programs
Collaborate with agency leadership to create business and technical
requirements for a performance management system
Facilitate the establishment of a culture of continuous quality
improvement based on data within the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
10 years of experience in business analysis focused on healthcare
or public health systems
Experience in developing and implementing performance metrics for
public health programs
Knowledge of business process modeling and performance management
tools
Experience with organizational change implementation and training
methodologies
