Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Field
Compensation to support the design and administration of sales
compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of sales compensation
plans
Administer sales compensation programs, including commission
calculations and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and
ensure compliance
Required Qualifications:
Four-year degree in mathematics, finance, computer science, or
equivalent experience
Proficiency in Excel, including modeling and data parsing
functions
Experience in financial or data analytics
Project management experience
Understanding of the Individual Life Insurance business is a
plus
