Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, IAM.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the evolution of the company's architecture from a
monolithic codebase to high availability services
Hire and mentor engineers, ensuring their career development and
productivity
Provide technical expertise in platform authentication,
authorization, and access control
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading a team
10+ years of overall development experience, preferably in Ruby on
Rails, Javascript, or strongly typed languages
Domain experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Experience planning and leading development efforts on large
projects
Previous experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies
