Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Engineer to bridge technical
engineering with client success in the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical integration projects and troubleshoot onboarding
challenges
Collaborate with customers to design and customize AI-driven
solutions
Develop onboarding materials and act as a technical liaison across
teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years in a technical role such as Customer Success Engineer or
Technical Implementation Specialist
Expertise in API integrations, SSO systems, and generative AI
customization
Proficiency in modern web technologies and data tools
Experience in documenting processes and improving integration
frameworks
Background in both Customer Success and Engineering functions is
preferred
