Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager (SEO) to
lead multiple front end engineering teams focused on product
quality and SEO impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the technical roadmap for engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align quarterly OKRs
with business goals
Manage engineers' career paths and performance through regular
feedback and objective setting
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering,
including 5+ years in a management role
Experience with B2C web applications using modern frameworks like
React and Next.js
Strong background in developing scalable web applications with a
focus on SEO
A passion for mentorship and fostering inclusive, high-performing
teams
Bonus: Experience with AWS or Vercel
