Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution
Advocate responsible for overseeing claims production, billing,
follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the billing and collections process to resolve
complex claims
Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing
Coordinator
Monitor trends in statistical reports and implement corrective
action plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED equivalent
3 years of previous hospital billing experience
Experience with Medicaid billing and knowledge of insurance
regulations
Ability to work through issues to resolution
Working knowledge of procedure and diagnosis coding and automated
insurance billing
