Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Tax to lead the expansion
of their private equity investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Influences the establishment of an organizational tax strategy to
reduce tax burden and minimize regulatory risk
Oversees the external tax service provider's preparation of various
tax returns
Performs complex research and analysis of tax law to provide
recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree AND
10+ years of total relevant work experience
Expertise in private equity tax research, planning, and compliance
(preferred)
Experience interacting with sophisticated investors and their tax
consultants (preferred)
Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD or LLM, or CPA, CFA or
licensed attorney (preferred)
