Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Analyst - Healthcare -
Physician Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Perform billing processes, follow-up, and account analysis
Resolve payer rejections and denials for commercial and government
payers
Collaborate with internal departments and external payers to
identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent
experience
1-3+ years of experience in office, business, operations, customer
service, or healthcare field
Proficiency in billing and clearinghouse software, such as Waystar,
Availity, or NextGen
Familiarity with payer rules and regulations
Experience working with claim rejections via the Waystar
clearinghouse is a plus
