Job Description:The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the Clinic is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare providers. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes for clinic patients. The LVN will assist providers in delivering quality healthcare and maintaining a safe, efficient environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide direct patient care as assigned, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
  
• Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient assessments and care plans.
  
• Implement and evaluate care based on provider guidance.
  
• Ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care in the clinic setting.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  
• Occasionally assist with the heavy lifting or moving of patients when necessary.
  
  Education:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
    
  • Current LVN license in the state of Texas
    
  • BLS certification required
    
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    
    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
      
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
      
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      
    • Compassion and empathy in patient care
      
    • Physical ability to assist in lifting and moving patients when required
